Our goal is to have a quick turn around time on all orders received. The majority of our products are built once an order is placed. Typically our target is for orders be built, boxed and shipped 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed.

We use the Fedex to ship the majority of our products. To this date we have experienced very minimal problems with the delivery of our products. We do recognize the possibility that damage could occur during shipping. In the event that this occurs, we ask that you contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your purchase. We will handle this promptly and in a case by case manner. The process in this event would include but may not be limited to requiring pictures of damaged or broken item and ultimately end in the item being replaced and shipped to you.
